Affan Nomak had worked with Colgate-Palmolive-HacıSakir as a planning engineer for 1 year and worked with Sisecam Group as a production planning engineer for 3 years.
In 1999, he started to work with Migros with a title of Industrial Engineer in R&D and Planning Department. Nomak took important roles in many projects of the Company for almost four years and contributed to enhancing work processes, productivity, and planning activities. Then, he was appointed as a Budget and Controlling Department specialist. In the following years, Nomak held positions of assistant manager, manager, and group manager in Investor Relations Department.
Nomak, Director in Migros for Investor Relations and Risk Management, is also a member of Corporate Governance Committee, directly reporting to Migros’ Board of Directors. Nomak with almost 15 years priceless experience in finance is an expert in Capital Markets legislation, Corporate Governance, Sustainability, mergers, and acquisitions as well as General Assembly processes.
By having a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a Ph.D. degree in Engineering Management, academic research papers of Affan Nomak were published by many local and international reputable journal of magazines.
