Dear Turkish Investor Relations Society Members;

To discuss the written agenda items, the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting will be held on March 17, 2021 at 11:00, in Esentepe Mah. Ecza Sk. Pol Center Carsi Apt. No: 4 nART eOfis Kat: -2 Levent-Şişli / İstanbul, at TUYID Center Meeting Hall.

If the quorum cannot be achieved in the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting to be held on March 17, 2021, the second meeting, will be held on March 24, 2021 at 11:00 at the same address and with the same agenda.

1. Opening and formation of the Council,
2. Authorising of the Council to sign the minutes of meeting,
3. Reading, negotiating, and approving the annual report of the Board of Directors fort the years 2019 and 2020,
4. Reading, negotiating, and approving the annual report of the Supervisory Board fort the years 2019 and 2020,
5. Release of the members of the Board of Directors due to their actions, and deeds for 2019 and 2020,
6. Release of the members of the Supervisory Board due to their actions, and deeds for 2019 and 2020,
7. Discussion and approval of the balance sheet and profit-loss accounts for 2019 and 2020,
8. Discussing and approval the estimated budget of society for 2021,
9. Election of members and substitute members of the Board of Directors,
10. Election of members and substitute members of the Supervisory Board,
11. Wishes and closing.
