Aslı Selçuk Advisory, Founder CEO

Aslı is the former Chairperson of TUYİD for the 2019-2021 and 2021-2023 terms.

She started her IR career in 2006 at Koç Holding, Turkey's leading investment holding company and a Fortune Global 500 company. During her tenure, the company underwent a major portfolio restructuring where she gained expertise in automotive, consumer durables, energy, finance, food and retail sectors with a focus on strategic planning, risk management, growth, profitability and synergies. She moved to Ford Otosan,Ford Motor Company’s JV with Koç Holding, in 2012 to establish an independent IR department. During her 10 years with the company, Aslı built a robust Investor Relations strategy and strong relationships internally and externally with numerous constituencies, including senior executives, analysts, and investors. She developed comprehensive IR communication tools (website, presentations, earning calls, and annual reports) and proactively worked on expanding analyst coverage while growing and diversifying the investor base. She represented the investment community in the Corporate Governance and Sustainability working groups, actively participating in sustainability reporting and planning the index strategy. Under Asli’s leadership, Ford Otosan showed strong relative share price performance, becoming the most valuable company at Borsa Istanbul in 2021. She has been providing Investor Relations, Financial Communication, Sustainability and Corporate Reputation consultancy services to local and foreign institutions as the Founder CEO of Aslı Selçuk Advisory since 2022.

She received the “Best IRO” and “Best IR Program” awards in the Institutional Investor 2019 Emerging EMEA Executive Team survey.

Prior to her Investor Relations career, she worked at Citibank from 1994 to 2005, taking on various roles in Global Transaction Services in Turkey and abroad.

Aslı holds a BS in Business Administration from Boğaziçi University and Executive MBA degree from Koç University. She completed Harvard Business School Online Sustainable Business Strategy and University of Cambridge Judge Business School Circular Economy and Sustainable Business Strategies programs.
