Aylin Çorman graduated in 1997 from University of Economics and Business Administration, Vienna, majoring in Economics, with a master’s degree in Economics.

Currently, she works as the Investor Relations Manager of Akfen Holding, where she started to work in 2012. She holds Capital Markets Activities Level 3, derivative instruments, and corporate governance licenses. 

During the period 1997-1998 she worked at the Research Department of the Istanbul Chamber of Industry, responsible for consultancy on Quality Management Systems also acting as business analyst and change counterpart with GTZ (German Technical Cooperation) Programme for the reorganisation of the Chamber. Between 1998-2009 she worked at Garanti Securities and TEB securities equity research departments, initially responsible for various industry sectors, then for the banking sector and also acting as the head of the equity research department. Her responsibilities at the equity research departments included company and sector analysis reports, company valuation reports. She also took part in IPO processes and M&A transactions.

Between 2009-2012 she worked at Garanti Bank Private Banking department, responsible for the coordination of the corporate advisory process, active on the equity market investment decisions as well as derivative products.
