Ali Serdar Yağcı graduated from the Department of Industrial Engineering at Yıldız Technical University in 2007 and received his master’s degree in Finance and Investments from University of Exeter in 2009. He began his professional career in 2010 as Project and Structured Finance Specialist at ING Bank. Subsequently, he served as Project Finance Specialist and then Project Finance Manager at SOCAR Turkey between 2012 and 2016 and as Project Finance Manager at Summa International Construction Company between 2016 and 2017. He joined Turkcell in May 2017 and served as Debt Management Manager at Treasury and Capital Markets Management Department until November 2020. As of November 2020, he has been serving as Investor Relations & Corporate Finance Director and as a member of Corporate Governance Committee at Turkcell.
