Secretary General

Graduating from the Department of Business Administration, Hacettepe University in 1996, and his career began with the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (CMB) as an assistant specialist in the same year. Until 2008, he held several managerial positions in CMB including Deputy Head of Institutional Investors Department. In 2008, Bülent joined TAV Airports Group, between 2008-2010 in Havaş Ground Handling Co.(Havaş) acted as Deputy General Manager (responsible form Budget and Finance), between 2010-2014 at TAV Airports Holding acted as Investment Coordinator. In 2015 at Havaş and in 2016 CNR Holding acted as CFO. Since 2017 Bülent has served as Turkish Investor Relations Society (TUYID) Secretary General. Bülent have Capital Market Activities Level 3, Corporate Governance Rating, Credit Rating, Real Estate Appraisal, Derivative Instruments Licenses. He also served as the Vice President of the Foreign Investments Business Council (DEIK) between 2013-2015 and the author of the book En İyi İkinci Çözüm (Second Best Solution) based on Investment and Business Development Dynamics.
